Camping Oberei
You find the small familiar campsite Oberei in the heart of the village Wilderswil. You can relax and enjoy the wonderful view of our famous snowmountains Mönch and Jungfrau. Camping Oberei is well situated, very central, an ideal startingpoint for a variety of walks and excursions in all directions. The distance to the local bus is only 100 m, the railway station is a short 8 minute walk away.
Campers with their own caravans, tents,motorhomes are welcome, but also backpackers and bikers with small tents. There are 50 spaces in different sizes - also in the shade.
The campingshop offers you food and cold beverages. We informe you about walks, excursions, tickets and abonnements and provide you with timetables, maps aso. You dont have to queue at the trainstation - you can buy your traintickets of the Jungfrauregion, best-price tickets to the Jungfraujoch/Schilthorn, the Jungfraubahnenpass or Regionalpass and the Juniorkarte at our campingshop.
Wilderswil is at the altitude of 600 m above sealevel, 4 km south of Interlaken. Here you still find typical old wooden bernese Oberland chalets decorated with flowers. Worth to visit is the church Gsteig, the churchyard, the Gsteig-bridge and the ruin of Unspunnen, both go back to the 12th century.
