Travel tips
Bracciano is a small town in the Lazio region of Italy that is just 30km away from Rome. The distinctive physical features of the town are Lake Bracciano; a volcanic lake and the beautiful castles that add to the environment’s scenic views.
The lake not only contributes to the Mediterranean climate of Bracciano but is also a tourist attraction for activities such as boat riding. Next to the lake is the Italian Air Force Museum at Vigna di Valle. The main historical monument in Bracciano is Castello Orsini-Odescalchi, which represents Italian military Renaissance architecture.
Italian cuisine runs most menus in restaurants here. However, English menus can also be served to customers who wish to go easy on their palates.
