Camping Falconera

Caorle (VE), Veneto

Camping Falconera

Camping Falconera è positioned entirely on the sea front and with one side overlooking the beautiful lagoon of Caorle, where è Valle Vecchia is located, an unspoiled natural oasis, a true paradise for nature lovers. The Falconera è area is the most characteristic of Caorle, where you can admire the Casoni (wooden and reed constructions) used by fishermen until last century. The fishy waters provide an’unmissable opportunity for fishing enthusiasts. The campground è has a bar with a big screen to watch the most important TV events and a well-stocked minimarket/bazaar with various groceries, milk, bread and fresh croissants every day. Dogs and cats are also welcome inside the facility, è it is sufficient that they are kept on a leash at all times and that their droppings are collected. Guests agree to ensure that animals have up-to-date documentation, with appropriate vaccinations (currently, regulations prohibit animals from being taken to the beach). There are two direct entrances to the beach. The beach Ë free so you have to equip yourself with umbrella and whatnot (also available in the in-house bazaar). The campground has its own pier for docking small boats; rates can be found on the price list. Within walking distance of the campground are restaurants and pizzerias and a bar with tobacco store. The historic center is about 3 kilometers away, Ë therefore conveniently reachable by bicycle but can also be reached on foot. It’ also operates public transportation service. The bus stop Ë is 50 meters from the campsite entrance. The connecting line to the City of Venice also departs from the same stop.
