At a distance of only 30 metres from the long, sandy beach of Marina di Campo, the "Ville degli Ulivi" Campsite Village offers a swimming pool on two different levels, a Wellness Centre, a fitness area, entertainment, and tennis, five-a-side football and beach volley courts.

At the "Ville degli Ulivi" Campsite Village you can choose from the many caravan and tent plots all in the shade under pine trees, surrounded by oleanders and butterbushes, as well as comfortable mobile homes or 2-room and 3-room granite flats in our Residence built in typical Elba style.

Our campsite in Marina di Campo
Looking onto the 1500 metre long, enchanting, fine sands beach of Marina di Campo, one of the longest in Elba, the "Ville degli Ulivi" Campsite Village is perfect for those who wish a quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday just 30 metres from the beach.

Near La Foce, and covering an area of 5 hectares, the "Ville degli Ulivi" Campsite Village is only 1 km from Marina di Campo, the busiest and liveliest town on the Island.

All the plots are spacious, in the shade of cluster pines, and each has a hedge around it for privacy, and they can all be easily reached by following the wide paths with oleanders and eucalyptus trees on either side.
When you're at the "Ville degli Ulivi" Campsite Village, you won't be able to resist our biggest attraction: the magnificent Water Park complete with waterfalls, slide and Jacuzzi, as well as our Wellness and Fitness Centre with sauna, vascular route, thermal baths, and hot Jacuzzi.

For sports lovers, there's a tennis/five-a-side football court, another for beach volley, and a fitness area.

Children are perfectly safe inside the Campsite because traffic is not allowed. There is also a children's play pool under the watchful eye of a lifeguard, a fully equipped children's play park and entertainment that adults may also take part in, if they wish.
Nature lovers will find Ville degli Ulivi a valid alternative to the traditional campsite with tents on plots: there are 4 different types of two room and three room apartments available, as well as 4 types of mobile homes, all in the shade of the century old trees. First aid, laundrette, ironing facilities, toilet facilities for disabled, safes, barbecue area, public phones at your disposal.
The entire campsite is built round the "Piazzetta" (little square), where you will find a pizzeria, bar, ice cream parlour and restaurant where typical Elba cuisine is served; the evening entertainment is also held in the "Piazzetta".

There is also a bazar, a newsagent's, a games room and an internet point.
Inside our Campsite you will also find the TWN car and motorbike rental company. Through them, you have the possibility of touring the island at very special prices, limited to our guests only.
You can also rent bicycles, mountain-bikes and kayaks.
Guests who hire sun umbrellas, sun beds or deck chairs from Zephyr on the beach in Marina di Campo will be granted a discount; you can also hire windsurfs, sailing boats and paddle surfs from this bathing establishment.

Our residence in Marina di Campo
All the flats of the Residence have fully equipped outside areas, and are surrounded by lush, Mediterranean bush: holm-oaks, strawberry trees, heather and other typical plants.
They consist of 2 rooms (for 2 to 4 people) and 3 rooms (for 4 to 6 people), all with modern furniture, air conditioning and TV.

Our mobile homes in Marina di Campo
For nature lovers who prefer something different to a tent, our mobile homes are the answer, and all have fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV and a spacious, fully equipped veranda.
Their names are Eucalipti, Ulivi, Elba and Perla (Eucalyptus, Olive trees, Elba and Pearl).

The swimming pools
The "Ville degli Ulivi" Campsite Village has a large swimming pool on two different levels, with sun umbrellas and sun beds all around.

Go for a swim or relax in the Jacuzzi while your children make new friends to play with! Mums who have very small children can have peace of mind with the mini swimming-pool for their exclusive use!

There is an entrance fee to the swimming pools and Wellness Centre: € 3,50 per person per day or € 18,00 per person per week. Free for children under 10. Swimming cap compulsory.
