The Camping Hermitage, which is located near the Prinz Rudolf Hotel and Restaurant, offers an amazing panorama view and welcomes hikers, families and holidaymakers who want to spend a carefree, fun and dynamic holiday in South Tyrol.

Only 3 km away from the centre of Merano, the Camping Hermitage is located very quietly in a shady private park with sunny panoramic terraces and close to the cable car to Merano 2000 Hiking Area and Merano’s magnificent botanical Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. Right in front of the camping there is the bus station with connection to the city centre every 20/30 minutes.
You can start many hikes, cycling and mountain biking tours into Merano’s surroundings directly from the camping.

Thanks to its proximity to the main building, guests of the campgrounds benefit greatly from the amenities of the hotel including outdoor swimming pools. It's also available, at very good prices, the access to the indoor Infinity pool with 2 saunas.

All the sites have connection to drink water, waste water draining, power point (2,5/3KW/10/15 Ampere), free Wi-Fi and partially also connection to cable TV. There is the possibility to have a reserved bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. The entire campground is accessible for physically disabled persons.

The Camping also has a restaurant with pizzeria where you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean and Mediterranean dishes and delicious pizzas. A large selection from the menu, as well as freshly baked pizzas are also available to take-away. In the morning you will be supplied on demand with fresh bread, milk and other basic supply.
