Location of the Camp
The LAVITA Camp is ideally located on Capitana beach, in the south-east of Sardinia, between the famous destinations of Cagliari and Villasimius. Nestled in a natural setting of exceptional beauty, the Camp is surrounded by an authentic Mediterranean landscape bursting with colours. Just a 30-minute drive from Cagliari-Elmas airport, it offers easy access for those looking for a relaxing experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Capitana beach, only 50 meters from the Camp, is one of the wonders of the Sardinian coast. With its golden sand and crystal clear waters, it is part of the Capo Carbonara marine reserve, renowned for its biodiversity and its seabed perfect for snorkeling and diving. Nearby, visitors can explore places rich in history, such as ancient fortifications and Phoenician and Roman remains, or discover the Stagno di Notteri marshes, a natural habitat for the spectacular pink flamingos.

The area also offers a unique culinary experience, with local restaurants serving traditional dishes and fine wines, as well as picturesque bars and kiosks along the coast.

Accommodations and Residential Units
LAVITA Camp offers only comfortable glamping tents, designed for an unforgettable stay surrounded by nature, while enjoying modern comforts. No plots are available for personal tents, campers or caravans. The Camp is entirely dedicated to accommodation provided by the structure.

Two types of tents are available:

LAVITA LEGGERA (2 people): The two-person tents are carefully furnished with a 160 cm double bed (or two single beds that can be joined together) equipped with sheets, pillows and duvets. Each tent includes a mini fridge, electrical outlets, a fan and air conditioning (or heating depending on the season). They also have interior lighting, a clothes rack, a mirror, a rug and storage boxes. Outside, there is a covered area with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing. The tents are secured with a padlock.

LAVITA COMODA (4 people): This model, similar to the previous one, offers extra space thanks to two additional single beds, perfect for families or small groups. It retains all the comfort and design features of the LEGGERA version.
All the tents are set up under a large pine forest, offering shade and natural freshness during the day.

The LAVITA Camp is designed to offer a relaxing and carefree stay thanks to a full range of modern and sustainable services:

• Buffet on the veranda: a varied offer for meals, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.


• Bar: to enjoy refreshing drinks, cocktails and snacks throughout the day.


• Relaxation areas: shaded areas surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing, reading or socializing.


• Direct access to the beach: two minutes walk foot, a magnificent beach with crystal clear waters.


• Modern sanitary facilities: with indoor and outdoor showers, some with a timed system to save water.


• "Express" area: equipped with microwaves, kettles, ice cream dispensers and free iced tea.


• Laundry: with washing machines and dryers available at an affordable rate. Outdoor clotheslines are also provided.


• LAVITA Boutique: offering eco-friendly products, basic necessities,souvenirs and local specialities.


• Electric bike rental: electric-assisted gravel bikes to explore the surrounding area, with recommended routes.


• Electric car charging stations: two 22 kW terminals located in the car park.

Activities and Entertainment
LAVITA Camp offers a wide range of activities for all tastes and ages (from 6 years old), combining relaxation, adventure and discovery:

• Morning Yoga: Sessions led by local instructors to start the day with serenity.


• Plant Cyanotype Workshop: An artistic and botanical activity to create unique images of local plants using sunlight.


• Stargazing: Evenings hosted by an astrophysicist to discover the constellations under the starry sky of Sardinia.

For adventure lovers:

• Paddle or kayak excursions: to explore secluded coves and dive into crystal clear waters.


• Boat tours: aboard exclusive yachts to discover secret bays and snorkel.


• Horseback riding: at sunset, through the Mediterranean scrub and along the waterways.
