Le Queyras Caravaneige is a unique campsite located in the heart of the Queyras Regional Natural Park, in the village of Abriès, just 150 meters from local amenities such as a supermarket, bar, tobacco shop, newspaper kiosk, and sports store. It is situated right in front of alpine ski slopes, cross-country ski tracks, and snowshoe routes, transforming into hiking paths and mountain biking trails in the summer with direct access to GR58. The campsite offers 67 equipped pitches for caravans, campers, and mobile homes, each with an electrical connection ranging from 3A to 10A (up to 2500W). Facilities include heated toilets, hot showers, sinks, individual cabins, a laundry room with an industrial washing machine, a drying and ironing room, and a freezer. A dedicated telework space is also available, with free, stable Wi-Fi and a work area for managing emails or attending video conferences. The campsite features a fully equipped sheltered room for bivouacs, including a gas stove, kitchen utensils, fridge, and freezer. Guests can enjoy wood-fired pizzas, fresh Belgian beers, and ice cream at the bar, and the restaurant hall is available for events. The area offers a wide range of outdoor activities, including skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and via ferrata. Other attractions include summer tobogganing, horseback riding, sled dog tours, and paragliding.
