A top-of-the-range campsite with quality accommodation and spacious, tree-lined camping plots, some of which are up to 300m² in size. Some pitches come with a premium option including a fridge, a plancha, a wooden storage box, sun loungers, a picnic table and unlimited wifi access throughout the site! The Domaine was extended in 2021 on a family plot, located in a natural setting. Imagine yourself in the heart of an olive grove in the South of France, with the sun and the cicadas! This new area offers you spacious plots bathed in the southern sun! At your disposal two sanitary areas perfect for an authentic camping holiday with maximum comfort! The first area is perfect for the purist camper! Outside, ideal for the beautiful days, where you will find everything you need. It is composed of different types of cabins: family, children, baby bathroom and accessible to people with reduced mobility. As far as equipment is concerned, there is a complete laundry room equipped with washing machines and dryers! And that's not all, a dishwasher with a fast programme allows you to get rid of the "washing up" chore! Our favourite feature? The free access library! The second one is just like the Les Prés du Roi district, more modern! The building is fully heated for cooler days and air-conditioned for hot days. This new space offers separate areas for men and women and has, as for the previous one, family cabins, children's cabins, a baby's bathroom and access for people with reduced mobility. Outside, a special area has been set up for washing up and laundry. For an idle holiday, washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers are also installed in this area. We haven't forgotten our dog friends! A "canine" area with a shower has been added for the pleasure of the animals!
For nature lovers, there are wooden cabins and chalets, but also three ranges of modern, comfortable and refreshing mobile homes! The new area offers high standard accommodation: Cottage and Tent, some of which are also equipped with a private spa! Access by car is limited to respect the quietness and comfort. On the edge of the Garrigue, and close to the banks of the Vidourle, the Roc de Massereau adventure park is one of the major attractions in the area. You can relax on a private beach, go canoeing or stand up paddling on the river, or even have fun in the accrobranche park which crosses the site. With 17 different courses, a total of 220 platforms in the trees and 50 zip lines, it is one of the largest parks of its kind in France!
Want to go for a walk? The campsite has direct access to the Voie Verte, a 2km cycle route towards the town of Sommières and 25km towards Caveirac with an almost obligatory stop at the quarries of Junas and the 3 mills of Calvisson!
Wine lovers, be aware that several times a week, a guide will take you on a tour of the winery, its facilities and its vineyards. A visit that ends of course with the traditional and unavoidable wine tasting session.
Located in the Gard region, between Montpellier and Nîmes, the campsite is ideally situated for exploring the region.
The city of Nîmes, 27 kilometres from the campsite, is a must for art and history lovers staying in the area. Its many remains dating from the Gallo-Roman era are worth a visit, such as the arena, the Maison Carré, the temple of Diana, the Magne tower and the Porte d'Auguste.
Just as important as Nîmes, the historical heritage of the department includes many treasures, such as the famous Pont du Gard, the most famous Roman aqueduct in France, or the medieval city of Aigues Mortes, located a few steps from the seaside resort of Grau du Roi and the Mediterranean.
